Discreet Distress Code System
for ATM Users.

Team work

About us

Watchful Eye Security is located in Wilmington, Delaware. Conceived in 2004 by CEO, Jelani McCoy, Watchful Eye Security is gearing up to become one of the leading security companies combating crimes committed at the ATM.

Stemmed from his passion for community service, Mr. McCoy recognized that there was a need for a discreet system that would allow victims of robberies to contact authorities. Together with his team of technicians and researchers, Mr. McCoy, has worked tirelessly over the last two years to develop a system that would offer ATM users the peace-of-mind of knowing that they are protected while at the ATM.

Our Vision

To ensure the safety of ATM users and thwart off perpetrators by offering the ability to discreetly notify local authorities of an ATM crime in progress. In doing so we hope to assist the police in apprehending the perpetrator by providing time and date stamped images of the crime thus cutting down the response time of the police and offering evidence in the investigation.

ATM Safety Tips

1. Always pay close attention to the ATM and your surroundings. Don't select an ATM at the corner of a building -- corners create a blind spot. Use an ATM located near the center of a building. Do your automated banking in a public, well-lighted location that is free of shrubbery and decorative partitions or dividers.
